Well today the roofer had no dog. As i didnt see his dog take my duck the other day, i decided to let sleeping dogs lay. we also penned up the ducks as they were Kind of confused by the snow cover. they also were pooping all over the ground in front of the house where the snow didnt fall. Thanks for all the thoights

good to hear the dog wasnt back. Next time I would just approach the dog owner and talk with him. But that's just me. Or buy a dog tie out and if the dog is friendly tie him up. someone will come looking for the dog. best wishes.

When I found my neighbor's lab drooling at my chicken coop last night, I chatted with said neighbor (who seems nice and doesn't have a problem with my chickens) and told him that though I designed my run to withstand labs, I'd rather not test that theory and I would be using a bebe gun as a deterrent should I need to.
