Signs that my hens are going to lay

My hens have been on a 3 month egg laying hiatus. What are the some signs that their going to kick back in, their 2 years old, that's not too old for them to lay is it? Please any help will be appreciated.

Are you by any chance an Australian, or living somewhere else where it currently is winter now? The lesser amount of light could explain the prolonged hiatus in that case. Also, what breed are they?

I live in the southeastern united states. Its currently summer here. The breeds are Dominique, Black Star, and Rhode Island Red.
