Today is my 5th anniversary. DH and I are going on our second Milk Drinker-less date since he was born. My mom is going to try keeping him overnight but we’ll be next door if things go south.

@BlackHackle - What kind of pens are your birds contained in? I've been reading about heavy metal poisoning and it sounds like there are a lot of different ways that birds become affected including hardware cloth, galvanized mesh, water etc. I have attached a link to the article I read. It's pretty informative.

They are in 8 by 4 foot pens with hardware cloth caging.

I can normally tell with mine at around 3 weeks

This one is the bigger boy I'm gonna use for Pullet Breeding (a technique that produces perfect females in large combed breeds)

This one is the defending Mediterranean Champion of Alberta. I'm gonna use him for Cockerel Breeding cause he got the perfect single comb and elegant stature
