Was the Milk Drinker asleep while this was happening?Look what I did today. 8 pints of Rainer cherries canned, plus a quart in the fridge. It would have been more, but half the flat was moldy.

I have also wondered about twins. My research also concluded that they fail, but I would have loved to see some weird, gross photos!Chick needs a friend. A hatchery quality bird can always be rehomed later.
On a different note, I was just reading up on twins. I think the egg with two embryos would have had to fail - there was only one yolk, and it was a normal sized egg, but there were two very distinct embryos that had died simultaniously in development inside. Not attached to each other. Now I wish I'd taken some photos.
