Germany is awesome. Especially the Fests! So much better than any US fair. Make sure you manage to attend one while you're there.

Today I have some very unhappy chicks. My first case of spraddle leg - and everyone's got it! They've never been on a slick surface, but I found a site that said it can be caused by too little moisture in the egg - which was definitely a problem. Everyone's wearing tiny hobbles and hating it.

Aww... poor babies! I had one with a boot and he was constantly pulling his foot out from under himself because he kept yanking on it.
