I agree...even though the rooster was the best stock I had, so I am thinking of disposing of the rest of the flock.
Yup...Some days are made for going back to bed and hoping for a redo.

Yikes I don't do snakes at allOn an unrelated note - I just saw the first bullsnake on my property that I've seen here in about three years! A tiny fellow, just a little squirmer, who dove under my strawberry bed when I came around the corner. Be nice to have one living under the house, to discourage any deer mice from moving in.
