I get nervous that my parent stock for my Dark Cornish is only a trio.

Today was my son's 2nd birthday, so we went to the Nashville Zoo for the day. We saw so many different kinds of birds! My son's favorite animal was the lorikeet (and we fed them, too) and mine was the red ruffed lemur. They look like ugly old men... now I'm exhausted, so off to bed!

I think the poultry show is today. I'm hoping to catch a few exhibitors and ask about some hens.
