Just stay right thereWhich is why I don't go for it
I know about eating disorders and refuse to lead myself down that path.
I am at a point where I can and do wear a bikini without shame and I'm satisfied so![]()

I'm 6'1" and sadly, I weigh about 240 right now. About 6 months after I had the Milk Drinker, I dropped to about 185 very quickly and I needed to eat more. In the 1.5 years since then, I jumped back up. I weighed about 235 when I got pregnant with him, so it isn't that unexpected. I don't like how much I weigh, but it isn't too horrible. I'm only in size 14 pants and Large-XL shirts. I actually have less bulk now than I did when I weighed this same amount before I went gluten free 8 years ago. I was a size 18 then and HORRIBLY unhealthy. It is amazing how much different your physique can be while being the same weight. I don't think I'm being successful in dropping any weight at the moment because the Milk Drinker is... well still drinking milk and my hormones have my body in reserve mode.I'm 5'10" and sadly weigh about 220.
