I don't think that enough. I think the best ratio is 10hens per 1 rooster.

That's fine. I keep an odd number of roosters with hens, with little to no problems.

No. The problem is the hens will be over mated. A rooster won't (or shouldn't) mate with a duck.

It really depends. You can see how it goes. There is no magic number. I would not count the ducks.
