Silkie 8.5 weeks brat, hen or roo

I have 5 silkies straight run, 1 sexlink pullet from TSC, they are all roughly 8.5 weeks, this little red head is bigger than the others and is a real bully. I am thinking it’s a roo, I have tried separating big red for a few days but still bulllying, attacks almost everyone. This one has been a brat from day 1. In the closeup of the foot is that the start of a spur? I love this bird but he is causing so much friction with everyone else.

That is a spur bud although I believe all chickens get those ; ) and some breeds hens get spurs too! Although you do have a cockerel there, for sure :'( sorry
