Silkie age + sexing.

I have 6 new baby silkies & I'm not entirely sure how old they are. I'm guesstimating variants of 6 to 9 weeks or so.

Silkies are notoriously difficult to sex as we all know. But I'm looking to see if any of you would wanna give it your opinion! (The white one is a silkie mixed with a naked neck)

I'd guess the white one is a male, because of the bright red comb. The bird in picture 4 may also be a male because it has a fair amount of comb/wattle growth. I'm not seeing anything else that points to a cockerel in the rest of them.

I think they are closer to 9 weeks than 6 weeks old. The blue in the second to the last photo may be a bit younger.

Thank you so much! I really appreciate your response! Im not sure about the white one since the naked neck trait could cause the redness. But I'm not 100% on that.

The one you think may be a Cockerel in pic 4 is my biggest guess also. Their stance is sorta crazy too. So the one I was sus about is the same one you are. That helps me a lot!
