Yes, you are right. The D'Uccle is a cockerel, and I think the Silkie probably is, too. They are cute.

D’uccle is a cockerel. Silkie looks to be a pullet. Can you get a better photo of the silkie’s face in profile and head on of the comb?

D'uccles have single combs. D'anvers (as @LothalRebel has) have rose combs. Both have 'Belgian Bearded' on the front of their names. D'uccles also have feathered feet while D'anvers are clean legged.
