Silkie and Cochin. Pullet ?? or Cockerel ??

Dang :( I really hope not. I already have 1 main rooster and 2 young cockerels. If they end up being boys, I'll just have to put them into the bachelor pad where I'm going to have to put the others. (I'm to afraid to try and find them homes so they'll stay here). So, one more question for you guys if you're willing ot answer. I have a big "Bachelor Pad" pen, buuttt. If you're in that pen, you can see the hens in the other pen. They're not right next to them by any means but will that cause a problem?

I don't think it should be an issue. As long as you're not constantly adding or moving birds in and out of the bachelor pen they should be fine. Some folks like to keep the hens out of sight, but unless they're way far away they can still smell or hear them.
