I've always named my chickens, because it's easier to say "hey mom, can you help me catch Velvet" than it is to say "hey mom, can you help me catch the sapphire gem hen that we got at TSC that has some golden feathers on her neck ".Sorry for the late response I have no clue how I missed it!
