Aw that's so sad. I found your post because the same thing happened to my EE yesterday and I've been looking for advice... hoping she'll pull through.

Force a little cold coffee down her throat, the caffeine perks them right up.

I believe my hen suffered neurological damage. Her condition never improved and unfortunately I had to put her down. She was on concrete when she was attacked and I think she was slammed down too hard.
