Silkie babies

Temps have been reaching 95° here in Iowa and im a first time silkie mama. I have 2 silkies one a little over a week old and one a little under a week. Would it be okay to take them outside for a little bit on these hot days? I have no i have no other chickens so no worries on them being picked on. Any info would be helpful!

You can take them outside they always say they have to be 4 days old when its safe for them to go out for the first time... also if it is 95 degrees out I would only let them roam for up to 6 minutes at very most at a time and when they come inside give them plenty of water
