Silkie Batam mix Ian moving like normal

When I went to let the chickens out our 3 month old silkie Batam mix hen wasn’t acting right... she kinda threw her head down and was wobbly. We just a momma hen die all of a sudden 1 week ago. Is it a disease? If so what can I do? Please help!!!!
