Silkie boy or girl?

It looks like a rooster to me. I have a Black silkie rooster. They're very sweet & not to noisy.

I dont think i need to say it again he is a boy thats a fact. Mine are just crowing now at 6 months i suppose you can call it that its more like a mini crow im not sure if they get louder if not they would be great for people in cities who cant have roosters.

Just want to mention that this looks like a full grown roo. Not one hatched in August. Is there anyway the hatch date is incorrect?
