Silkie boy or girl?

Okay i'll get pics soon as possible because I'll have to take it and get my dad to upload it through the camera caus I don't know how to.

Well, he's not my rooster, it's a picture from google images. My Rooster looks like that but he had fine feathers coming out the back of his "hat" that are only in the back, a smaller hat that doesn't hide most of his face, and has middle tail feathers that looked like they were snapped in half. I can't remember how they got like that because I sure didn't trim him!

Probably a fight or something. My roo had all of his tail feathers ripped out from another rooster. I don't know why I didn't notice these saddle feathers earlier.

My roo does have them.

here's a few more pics of Kevins tail. compared to Shilohs, its not as poofy, and has a few longer feathers popping out. still no neck streamers and a small smooth comb though, getting a bigger rounder crest/poofball whatever you call it, and close to 12 weeks old with no crowing. Shiloh is also the dominant one, she attacks birds that land in the yard while Kevin hides under her. this is so confusing lol if it wasn't for the tail, id be sure Kevin's a girl

*update* kevin has grown a lot in the past 2 weeks, the comb is still small, the crest is getting bigger and more rounded, still no streamers or saddle feathers, no crowing, but recently ive noticed different behaviour, every now and then kevin will stop, put her/his head down, and stalk shiloh, and if shiloh walks away kevin will charge at her, it never ends in a fight, and ive never seen kevin attempt to mate with shiloh, and kevin is not usually dominant, kevins illness left him/her a bit smaller than average and shiloh is huge, and when theres other birds in the yard shiloh chases them off and kevin hides so im not sure what this behaviour means
