Thought I would start this, since the silkie thread moves so fast. I see people posting that they are going, but this way anyone who wants to buy,swap birds or meet up can post here!

Great thread to start my son will be showing his silkies and we will be taking a few to sell...some 3 mos old blacks, roos as in white/black/parti/buff and splash and have a few PQ splash pullets who are very pretty....looking for one lav girl i have been searching for a year but they are like gold..lol..hard to come by...cant wait to see all the beautiful birds.

Bad girls molting on you..we had that happen last year had a beautiful white hen she was BB at an early September show and we were pumped to take her to Ohio Nationals and boom she started to lose feathers like crazy....now i hatch babies in the spring to have for shows in the fall and any late summer or fall babies are for the spring shows..
