I know right now it may be too hot to ship chicks so I'm wondering who and when will be shipping chicks in the fall and what their costs for chicks are...all my chickens turned out to be ROOS

so....I'm on a mission....and I'm not so sure if I want to order from a hatchery if I can get better quality chicks for a good price so please let me know your info and that way I can look around and figure out what works best.

I *might* be shipping chicks in the fall, not sure yet though. Depends on how many I have. Havent decided prices either. All mine are bearded buff. I do plan on selling at least a pair or two.

There is a show in Great Falls, MT in early October. I will be bringing some NICE junior birds as well as some chicks for sale. In spring I was reserve of breed 2x at Hamilton with a couple black pullets that pale in comparison to some of my 2010 hatch.

If you can make it to the show, it's a great way to get birds (there will also be other silkie breeders there) and skip the shipping.
