How old is she?
Alamb1, is that the only grey that you have? Would you mind telling me who you got her from? Is the person you got her from a breeder? I have been looking for some greys. Thanks.
She'll be 21 weeks by the time the show comes around.
I'm not an expertbut i would say you'll have to see how she continues to develop but so far looks nice. Good foot feathering. Check toes for 5 toes each foot, look for dark eyes and blue ears. As far as wings and overall type, i'm not sure. Can you take another picture with her standing naturally? You want to see a nice S shape with tight wings. I'm guessing it will take more time so that you can see her fill out. Check her feet too for scaly leg mites. They looked a little scaly in the pic
Even if she doesn't win though it would be fun to enter her.
Hopefully a real expert will evaluate her for you. Hope it helped a little![]()

Here's a few more pictures. She has all her toes and the blue ears and dark eyes. As far as the leg mites....what does one look for with those???? They look the same as my other chicks. Thanks for the feedback!
She looks very niceNot quite the S shape yet but i bet as she matures she will hold herself nicely.
As far as the leg mites go, look for raised scales on the legs and toes. My birds have had it a couple times. Here is a site that gives a natural remedy:

Some use NU-Stock to treat it too.
I've used vaseline for my chickens to treat scaley leg mites. I also tried WD-40, that worked. Makes less of a mess than the vaseline and/or oil.
