I was finally able to get some pics of my blue boy with the double toenail. Based on what you see here, would you breed him?

I have one with a double toe-nail like that. I have not bred my girl so far so I don't know how this passes on but I believe this is the sort of toe/nail that Sonoran is recommending we do not breed forward? I'm sure she will comment at some point.

Yes, I just wanted to confirm. His doube nail didn't look that bad to me....until I took pics. I tend to judge my birds a little more harshly when I see them in pics. It takes the emotional factor out for me. His foot feathering could be better.

She looks blue to me, and she's beautiful

it looks too young to really tell, but it could be a cockerel. do you have a good picture of it's comb?

No not really but it doesnt have any stray hairs or the stubs for spurs, hoping for a pullet cuz its my baby!
