From the angle of the photo, I barely see any size difference. A level photo that shows height differences, and another that shows length differences, one of the photos alos showing width differences, and something to put size into perspective (a ruler, a waterer or feeder, a barbie doll or other well-known toy; anything that gives an obvious size).
She feels considerable "lighter" than my splash, but not really super skinny. She was a bit thin for a while outside, I think because she is smaller she was pushed by the sussex I had. But she's gained now, it's just her size that is smaller. It's hard to tell when they are dry, she is fluffier than the other one so she looks close to the same size. so these pics might be pointless... Are they the same age? Does she feel like she is reasonably "heavy" for her height/length/width, or does she feel skinny?
