I would get all of them in on the treat training.
A little before they go to bed toss your treats in a way that leads everybody to the coop, they'll follow treats. Make sure your treats are always in the same container and are something they adore, live mealworms are used here and tiny pieces of bread, sometimes raisins. You know what yours love.
When they're inside give them the majority of what you brought.
In a few nights they should all including the silkie be waiting inside for you and your goodies. Let them eat then shut the door. You won't have to do this forever, and using the same container if for any reason you need your birds to come quickly all you'll need is your container.

Thank you for the suggestion! I thought about doing this last night but if I put her in there and close the door then how do the other three go in later? I don’t think silkie would stay in the coop if the door was open. Let me know how you would do this. Thanks!
