Silkie chick pipping

Hi I need some advice my silkie is sitting on about 7 eggs,I can’t be exact on date but think we are between 19-21 two days ago a chick had broken the shell which I saw when mummy got off for food however 2 days in and it hadn’t progressed and I don’t know what to do no others have pipped.
I haven’t candled I’ve just left her to it but not sure now what we should now do any advice appreciated

I'm sorry, I have never hatched any chicks before, broody or incubater. I can't really help you but if you post on the silkie thread you might get some advice.
