Silkie chick pooping clear

Can you try to take in some droppings to your local vet to get some testing for coccidia and worms, and ask for a culture or gram stain for necrotic enteritis.

It is hard to diagnose an intestinal infection online without lab work; you can either get testing or spend money on medications to treat them. Corid in the water for 5-7 days will treat cococidiosis. A wormer such as Valbazen or SafeGuard horse past or liquid goat wormer will treat most worms. An antibiotic such as Tylan, amoxicillin, and many others can treat enteritis.

You can treat with the Corid, it won't hurt them
Dosage is 1 1/2 teaspoons Corid powder or 2 teaspoons of 9.6% Corid liquid per gallon of water. Give for 5-7 days - make sure this is the ONLY water available during that time period. Mix a fresh batch at least once a day.
Ok thank you should I still put the acv in the water as well or just the corid I’ll be stopping to pick some of that up today and chick grit
