I don't know much on any vitamins or anything like those. Sorry. If she's laying weak shelled eggs, I'd suggest getting some oyster shells, but that's all I know as far as things like that is concerned...

B Complex would be better—that has all B vitamins. That is available at stores that sell human vitamins dosage is 1/4 tablet daily. B 12 is just one of the B vitamins. I would be a little worried about Mareks if she was on her side at this age, and then holding a wing out or down when she was walking. But it is good to observe her, and see what happens. There could be other explanations. Mareks is best diagnosed after death with a necropsy, by your state vet. There is a blood test available that can be done at home and sent in to a lab. So after getting back from the store I'm thinking maybe wry neck? I've never had a chicken with it before but now her wing is back in place and her head is turned around causing her to fall. She won't turn her head at all.

How often and much should I be giving the goat paste? I've been giving her a pea sized amount and she seems to respond quickly to it. She turns her neck straight and eats a bit and drinks water after I give it to her then she goes back to the laying down position with her neck back. I'm wondering if I'm not giving enough or often enough.

That's where I'd start BECAUSE of the deficiencies they're prone to. We raise Silkies, and we've been through our share of Wry Neck cases. Vit-E and Selenium for Goats (shown below) is an easy way to get her Vit-E up, and Eggcessive's suggestion to give B-Complex is also a good place to start.

Alternative to the product below is Vit-E 400IU geltabs that can be found at Walgreens, CVS, Walmart, etc can be given with some Fried Egg to give her the Selenium she needs for the uptake of the Vit-E. NOTE: Vitamin E is not easily absorbed by the chick without the Selenium...

Observation is essential to know what you're dealing with too.
