Silkie chicken sick

This past week has been awful, everyone got a respiratory infection so I have been quite busy giving medicine, monitoring everyone and doing everything possible to keep them cool in 100 degree weather.
Mr Larry's neck issue is not good, I am still giving vitamin e, Selium and polyvisol but while he was sick I didn't get it in him very good, I have started back twice a day for 3 days and he is doing the neck thing a lot! He can walk normal with his head up, eat and drink but seems to be half turned upside down the majority of the time. I took him to the vet for the respiratory issue and he didn't have any suggestions. We don't have a vet anywhere around here that is a chicken expert. He weighed 2.9lbs which I have researched yet to see if that is small or normal, it seems like I can feel his bones awful bad but maybe that's normal.
When I was giving him a bath (he gets poop on his booty feathers really bad), I was checking him over real good and looks at the spot under his chest where his head usually rests and there is a bulge that is super soft like its a sac filled with water. When I looked up the chicken anatomy it appears to be his crop area but not sure again what is normal.
I don't think he is in pain but don't know for sure.
Any more suggestions?
I want him to be better so bad :(

I am happy to report that 4 1/2 very long weeks later Mr Larry is on the mend. He still isn't perfect but getting closer every day.
He has shown me to not give up and to have lots and lots of patience and not care if people think your a crazy chicken lady devoting so much time and energy (physical and mental) into a rooster.
I sincerely appreciate all the advise that I was given.
