Silkie chicks color question

Okay so I ordered three Cockoo silkie pullet chicks and some bantam calico Cochins from Meyers and I drove up to get them.

Now two of the silkie chicks look as expected.

But the third has me scratching my head

Opinions? Is it likely a variation or is it a blue? I know time will tell just curious what you guys think.

Tone wise, I would expect blue. The head spot of cuckoo may be harder to see, but blue cuckoo exists. Could be something else.

Shows the two toned chicks and just called them Blue silkies. So maybe that?

Probably a cuckoo too. Sometimes the chick down color is just a bit messy. My blue cuckoos also have had very vague headspots, no distinct headspots at all or white on the chest/underbelly. Maybe it has to do with color quality, but I can’t really comment on that, since I don't necessarily breed for cuckoo (I just have a nice hen which happens to be blue cuckoo, and she keeps throwing me cuckoo babies).
The lighting looks a bit dark in the picture, so I can't say for sure if yours is blue or black based, but I think it likely will feather out cuckoo too.
