Wanted to get others opinions on gender guesses for these three cuties? Theres a black, yellow beaked and dark beaked. Also wanted to know if anyone else has a guess to why their skin is not black and if they are going to be smooth feathered (satin)? I bought from this breeder before and she gave very good silkie feathered chicks last time, but these dont look like the normal poofy feathered babies I got before.

I would guess that what you have there are satins (Silkie/Cochin). You may want to ask the breeder. Satins and silkies are commonly kept together by breeders.

Regarding the pink skin, it is not ideal but it happens sometimes in paints. Other silkies with pink skin are cuckoo and crele.

too early to tell genders but the one with the red comb is likely a cockerel.

Thank you for the input! I'm really eager to know the gender because I prefer to not keep the roosters and I always end up getting attached  when do you think I'll be able to know the gender for sure? I mean other than when they poop an egg or crow?

For silkies, you can’t tell for a couple of months. So, when they are about 2 months old you’ll know whether they are hens or roosters

I can mostly tell around 3 to 4 months. But some are trickier than others.
