Silkie chicks sneezing/shaking their heads

My week old silkies are sneezing, some are shaking their heads and itching their faces. What can I do. I assume it’s somehow an upper respiratory infection. They’ve never been outside. Someone please help. How do I treat this?

Photos of your brooder and setup?

Where did the chicks come from? Do you have respiratory disease in your flock?

Make sure they have plenty of ventilation, that they have room to move about in the brooder.
Sometimes dust from bedding, chemical cleaners and poor ventilation can cause symptoms.

They came from hatching eggs I bought from a local breeder.
I’ll change their bedding today because they were being chick sat by a friend while we were on vacation, I think she changed it maybe once but I’m not sure.
I will post pics of brooder later, they’re in my bathroom under a heat lamp
