Silkie Chicks

I just finished building a new coop/run and have 3 new silkie chicks!!! I am very excited, any tips or tidbits for raising silkies?

I have already noticed that their poop sticks to their butt feathers...I hope they outgrow this!

How long do I need to keep their space heated? They are about 2 weeks old

Are they brooding in the coop? Or in a brooder in your house?

make sure to clean off the poop. pasty butt is not a good thing for chicks, it can block their vent. What are you using to heat there brooder?
