Very true! Actually we had 2 males, a cockatiel and love bird, who were so bonded and in love. And there are the two dads that hatched Tango the penguin (my kids loves listening to that book in the car.. i even snuck it in for bring a book to school day at our red-state school). 😁

I just sold 3 of my hens as they were not breeding quality and only in with 1 rooster keeping him company - so now I have 1 hen with him and in the other coop 2 roosters, a ? Easter, and 6 hens.. the 2 roosters seem to get along ok with only 6 hens so that is good... Just Easter is the problem, if a boy.

I say it looks like a male too. I haven't seen silkie hens with that curled of a tail before. Also, compared to that white silkie (who I think is a hen) it looks like a rooster! But I am like 1% not sure so other people will have to answer too!:D;)

White one is a hen, large wattles and comb is common in my flock ☺️
