Silkie color identification?

Oh no I'm so sorry.
I'm pretty sure of a few of their color varieties, but if anyone would like to confirm what they're seeing, you may. :)
The cream coloured on on the left at the top of that post looks the same colour as my hermione who is an 'Isabel' coloured silkie (but not sure if that is what they are called in the US so that may not help :lau). This is what she looks like this week - she went broody within about 3 weeks of me owning her :eek:and was amazing while broodying and now with her little fluffballs of 3/4 days :love.

When she got to day 18 my other silkie went broody (I'm going to pick up eggs for her tomorrow!) so you should have no issues with that many!

Some sad news.....the Red Silkie ended up with a bad case of vent pasting that went unnoticed for too long. I've never encountered an instance where the buildup is hidden underneath a chick's relatively clean-looking down. By the time we had cleaned the poor baby up, it was incredibly weak. I filled its tummy up with feed/molasses gruel, but I think help came too late. The little munchkin died in my hands this morning. I feel terrible. :hit

Oh my goodness gracious, what a beauty! :love And a proud mama, by the looks of things! :D We do have Isabel birds in the US, but I never knew Silkies existed in that color variety before now. Wouldn't I love it if my little one turned out as lovely as yours!
You're going to be overrun by fluff nuggets before long with all those broodies....:celebrate

Thank you so very much, friend! :hugs
Where do you live I want to pet them all:lau
Look for the blue house with a ridiculous number of chooks roaming all over creation. Shouldn't be hard to find. ;)

I made a trip back to RK to take advantage of the 1-week warranty and replaced our little one with another mystery. :) It was the last remaining Silkie that wasn't white. I guess nobody wanted it because it's quite vocal. Anyone care to guess? :D

She is just amazing as a mama - not so great at being the cuddly silkie I'd been hoping for though! I have just started a thread where I have shared pics of the chicks as well (and my other chookies!). https://www.backyardchickens.com/threads/poulechicks-chooks.1242608/#post-19939532

Oh that is interesting, they seem to be quite common here (I've nto seen as many partridges here as you have though).

Tell me about it, my neighbour offered to get me some Salmon Faverolle eggs from her uncle - I asked for 3 and they brought 6 (I'll have to eat 3 of them!) and I'm picking up 6 tomorrow as well so 9 will go under Doris my Cuckoo silkie!
