Silkie color identification?

Can anyone tell me why this Black Silkie looks so different? It has black skin, a extra toe on one foot, and feathered legs. Looks beardless, plus I'm not noticing any "poof" on the head? I attached a leg photo, too.

The inconsistencies you are seeing are probably due to the fact that they are from a hatchery but still super cute

I've definitely figured that out. Thank goodness I'm not after show quality birds!

Thank you all so much for the input! Much appreciated.

Someone else said I had a Red Silkie in the bunch, which is a big surprise.... So far, the general consensus for #2 is Partridge.
I never would've thought #1 was a Silkie, either, but what about the black skin, extra toe, and walnut comb?

Well, you said some of them had four toes......this one has five? I'm not positive, it just really doesn't look like a silkie to me.

Surprisingly, it's one of the obvious Silkies with only 4. Yes, 5 toes. The second picture in my last post was of its little feet.

Totally agree. Doesn't appear to have a crest, either. I guess we shall see as the critter grows!
