Silkie Contest! *CLOSED!*

OK, I know that soooo many people have Silkies, so I should get a lot of replies to this, riiiiiight???!

Rules:

*can be any color/pattern, but please put which color/pattern it is.

*post age

*post gender

*if you want, you can post your silkie's "story" for extra points!

*NO SHOWGIRLS- regular silkies only

*silkie crosses are OK too if one parent was a silkie; just make sure you mention that it's a cross

*Judging will be thus:
out of 10 points for breed representation
out of 10 points for beauty
out of 10 points for photography
out of 5 (bonus) points for story

*there will be 1 Honorable Mention, 3rd, 2nd, 1st, and Grand Silkie

*Winners of the Grand Silkie Prize and 1st place will recieve PRIZES: hinkjc has kindly offered to donate half a dozen buff silkie eggs to the Grand Silkie!!!!!!! (Big thank-you, hinkjc!) 1st place winner will recieve a charcoal drawing of their silkie.

*If anyone has any other prizes they would like to donate (eggs, chicken crafts/art, etc.) please PM me.

silkie x cochin.. 4 hours old. gender is unknown so far. i had to help this little one hatch.. so hes special!
 
This is snowball, she is a 2 yr old white silkie hen. I got her off of Sharrisr32, who got her off of satin silkies. She is the freindliest chicken ever, and a great mom; I have gotten alot of babies from her. I love her to death.
