If anybody in or around Maryland is looking for Silkies, I have a trio of white youngsters that need a home - two pink, one blue, all 5-6 months old. They're a very tame and somewhat spoiled 4H project - and Mama (me!) says it's time to downsize! I'll post them in the For Sale section later, but figured that there might be a few Silkie lovers over here... ya think?

Two of my 5 month olds. The black one is George. As soon as I walked in today he brought me this feather lol. The other silkie is still unnamed at this point.

George must be a teenager, 'cause it looks like he's telling you, "See, Ma, I DO have a beard!" Just like a hopeful, determined adolescent boy would!

It was way too hard to try and pick only 2 of my babies, (I have 6).
But I decided on these 2.
This is BooBoo, she is my little princess, she's quiet & shy. If she were human, she would be the one holding her hem up, trying her best to not get dirty, and asking to be waited on hand and foot,(and I pretty much do) LOL!!!

This is Cotton, remember everything I said about BooBoo and think about the complete opposite !! She will be the first one to run through the mud puddle, she will run and coo and yell to get you to pay attention to her.

Have you thought about a polish contest ?

Sorry, I forgot all the info. They are pullets (obviously), they are 5 months old, colors are obvious LOL, I don't know if they are bearded or not.
