Sorry I was not on my other half is having a really really hard time dealing with the news he got from the cancer specialist on thrusday. So I appologize for not responding.

First thanks for the compliments on my birds I do take great pride in them adn they are my sanity right now.

I am so sorry to hear of the bad news. I do hope that God answers your prayers. You are both in my prayers. When I have another hen go broody I will help you out and order some eggs from you. I am not going to incubate anymore myself right now, I just can't take the dander that they create in the house. I have been really sick for 4 months now due to my sweet little fluffy butts.

When it gets warmer, I would like to buy birds or eggs, they are beautiful,but it is supposed to snow and get cold on Tuesday, my daughters 10, and 12 are addicted to silkies, I have 6 rescue silkies that have made a wonderful recovery. Let me know when it gets a bit warmer, if you have any for me.

Thank you all for the prayers and promises for eggs or chicks.. I have no family left so the BYC people are my family and what a great family they are.

Yes most of my chicks are bearded. I only have a few hens that are not bearded and they are getting homes in a couple months. As soon as the weather breaks for
my friend to build her coop.
