Silkie experts! 9 week old girl or boy?

I know its early to tell but anyone like to guess, hen or not? 9 weeks today, comb still smooth and wattles small

I would guess roo. Looks exactly like mine did at that age. My pullets had rear ends that look like cotton balls. Just a guess though

I am guessing he is a little roo. He has little streamers growing in his crest and the front of the crest is swept back. Tyically the crest on a pullet would be much rounder and you wouldn't see the longer feathers at the back. It is still very young though.

Bear in mind people that it's only 9 weeks so it's crest isn't filled out yet. Not to mention the quality of the bird. With that said, i'm saying pullet.
