10.5 week olive egger (CCL/Welsummer) gender

I'm sorry if the picture is gigantic.......first time trying to upload from my phone, etc. TIA for responses.

Until this past week, all 9 of my 10.5 week old olive eggers looked basically the same, and then this one sprouted the comb/wattle. No other male indications of crowing attempts, chunky legs, different feathering or demeanor. I thought the salmon chest was indicative of female, and looking at Cackle Hatchery pictures shows a very different looking male........but that comb and wattle came on strong and fast! Just early maturing pullet?

A pullet......no eggs yet (only 17+ weeks) but comb and wattle are pretty well developed. I'm wondering if she'll lay soon or just wait till next year
