Silkie feathers questions

I got a silkie 8 days ago, she's now three weeks, maybe a little older.. when I first got her she was really awkward looking with her feathers coming in... now she's starting to look really nice but her head is still awkward!! I'm wondering if this is the "streamers" I hear males have or if it'll get better? She's the sweetest of all my chicks, when I pick her up she settles down in my lap almost immediately and falls asleep, I really want her to be a hen lol pleeease tell me her head can get the nice "round pouff" of a female still

Ooh okay, so her head will fill out more then either way? I know they can be hard to sex I just thought these might be the streamers their talking about... I wouldn't mind if one of my others is a rooster just this is the only silkie I have right now so I'm really hoping she's a hen
