I have a 3 mo old Silkie chicken that fell in the duck pond. She had been swimming for an hour or so...wet and chilled. I gently dried her with multiple towels. Laid her on a heating pad for a few minutes, alternating with holding her since I don't want her to get too warm. Now I have her in an open cooler, over a hot water bottle and towel. She is in the garage as opposed to the a/c in the house. Should I try to syringe feed her anything?? I don't want to stress her more, but wondering if some warm liquid may help?

Thanks! I found a thread that suggested blow drying and I did that then left her to rest. When I checked on her shortly after, she had perked up!! So I just set her in the nest box with her sisters thinking they will keep her the right temp. I'll be sure to watch her eat first thing..and she will get some apple cider vinegar in her water.
