Silkie gender

Ik its hard to tell but my parents just got this silkie from some guy who said it was a hen that he just got that day... Was wondering if anyone can tell the gender please.

I'm sorry but that silkie looks very roostery to me. His large wattles and heckle feathers are very big pointers.
But the silkie roosters I've had have been very sweet so hopefully he will be too.
