Silkie gender

One of our silkies is starting to make me wonder if it is a he. I think he's getting some streamer feathers on his head and the wattles are so much bigger than the other two we have. Thoughts? I don't really know exact age. Maybe 3-4 months?

It does look like it might be a cockerel. But the bearding gene inhibits waddle size. Since he isn't bearded large waddles are common. Nice color on his comb for being white. :love
 
I'm not really sure... I didn't even know that was a thing here are a few pictures I have of the others.

Thanks. He's definitely the smaller of them and not quite as.... Pretty? He's the bottom of the pecking order. I'll wait for a crow. I heard that they're slow to mature but dang they sure are slow. My OE rooster of the same age has been crowing for weeks!
