Silkie Gender

Howdy, new here. Looking for some ideas on my Silkies sexes. They are around ~12 weeks old I believe. I know Silkies are super difficult to sex so will update later down the track but just looking for peoples thoughts on the current photos.

Orange - Zinger - Biggest of the bunch (but could be slightly older, stands up pretty tall, think he may be the boss chicken - seems to always be near my female (i think) cochin (she's 11 weeks old) - thinking roo
White - Nugget
White/Grey - Pickle

They all seem to biff occasionally but they usually stay together in a little pack when they are free ranging in the yard.

I'm going to tentatively say they look male? Maybe #1 is a pullet.

Cheers for your input! I really hope at least one is a female - we've raised them since chicks and are very fond of them, but can't keep any crowers sadly.
