Hello, new to the hobby. I have a silkie hen who I assumed is black. Out in the daylight she looks black with some leakage maybe? I am really not sure but I just wanted to ask some opinions because she has gone broody and when I opened the coop today I was greeted by what appears to be a pretty brown/chocolate hen? I don’t care at all what color she is or what that means for her “quality” wise, just wondering if I’ve been wrong in calling her a black silkie. Included a few different photos. She’s the small gal with her rooster pals. Sweetest girl! Thanks
