Silkie hen hurt her head

My poor 6 month old silkie got hit with the basement door. She fell over and couldn’t get back up. I thought she was dead but when I picked her up she was still moving. It’s been a week now, I’ve separated her from the rest and she’s in a box with water and food but still has not been able to get on her feet. She flaps her wings once in a while as she’s trying to move but not successful. She had been eating and drinking but the last 2 days I’ve noticed she has her neck towards her bum and her two legs spread out in front of her. She can’t seem to straighten herself out. I’m afraid she won’t get better. Any advice at all would be greatly appreciated.
