Silkie hen panting, tail pumping

Year old silkie hen was a little lethargic today. Outside in the yard but laying around, not really moving much. Brought her inside and noticed she is panting and her tail is moving up and down, like she's breathing with her behind. It's been in the 70s here during the day so not heat related. I gave her some Nutridrench and she ate some scrambled egg. Her sinuses and eyes are clear, and no rattling in her chest. Her abdomen feels ok and her vent is normal. Pooped looked normal as well. What could be her issue?

She could be egg bound, do you have any tums or calcium citrate?

Thanks for the idea! I do have the calcium supplement. I don't feel an egg in her abdomen but I'll give it to her anyways just in case.

It won't hurt her if not, its actually really hard to impossible to feel an egg.
