Silkie hen question?

Can silkie hens have some reddish coloring to their comb? Or is that just Roos? I pick this chick up today thinking probably hen but I notice a reddish hint to her comb?

The red doesn’t mean anything about it being a roo or not. Most look like that. Our silkie has that too and it’s not a roo

Oh thanks. Someone else replied to another thread I started and said she is definitely a he because of the red coloring on his wings. So sadly Marsha is a Mel
